Privacy Policy

The short version. Rentiqa is pre-launch. Right now, the only personal information we collect is your email address — and only if you voluntarily submit it through the waitlist form. We use it to email you when we open the doors. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

1. Who we are

This privacy policy describes how Rentiqa LLC ("Rentiqa," "we," "us") handles personal information collected through the Rentiqa website at rentiqa.com (the "Site"). For privacy questions, contact us at [email protected].

2. What we collect

We collect a deliberately small amount of information:

We do not use third-party advertising trackers, analytics that profile individuals, or social media pixels on this site.

3. How we use it

To send you a notification when the Rentiqa platform becomes available;
To occasionally update waitlist subscribers about significant launch milestones (no more than a handful of emails);
To prevent abuse of the waitlist form;
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your email for marketing unrelated to Rentiqa, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

4. Service providers we use

We rely on a small number of trusted infrastructure providers. They process data only to deliver their services to us:

Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, DNS, security (including the Turnstile bot-detection challenge);
Cloudflare Workers KV — encrypted storage for waitlist email addresses;
Resend (Resend, Inc.) — transactional email delivery, where used.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your waitlist email until you ask us to remove it, or until 12 months after the public launch of Rentiqa, whichever comes first. After that, we delete it from our active systems.

6. Cookies

The Site does not set tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a small number of strictly technical cookies for security purposes (such as bot detection). These do not track you across other websites.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] from the address you used to sign up. We respond within 30 days.

California residents: we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

EEA / UK residents: we process your email under the legal basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you submit the waitlist form, and you may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

8. Children

Rentiqa is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted their email, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and encryption at rest in Cloudflare's infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users and applicable authorities promptly in the event of a material data breach.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The current version will always live at rentiqa.com/privacy. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any revisions. We will notify waitlist subscribers by email of any material change before it takes effect.
