Refund Policy
Pre-launch notice. Rentiqa is not yet selling a paid product
or service. There are currently no charges to refund. This page describes the
refund principles that will apply to subscriptions once paid access opens.
1. Today: nothing to refund
Rentiqa is in development. The website at
rentiqa.com only collects waitlist signups,
which are free. We do not currently bill customers, and there are therefore
no payments to refund.
2. Once we launch — guiding principles
When paid subscriptions open, we will publish the final, binding refund
terms here and ask new customers to accept them at sign-up. We expect those
terms to follow these principles:
- 14-day refund window. If you cancel a new monthly subscription within 14 days of your first paid charge and you have not made meaningful use of the platform, we will refund the charge in full.
- Cancel anytime. You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active until it ends.
- No partial-month refunds. After the initial 14-day window, partial-month refunds are not provided unless required by law.
- Annual plans. If we offer annual plans, refunds for annual plans will be prorated for unused full months at our discretion, less any discount given for paying annually.
- Service issues. If a material outage or defect prevents you from using Rentiqa for a meaningful period, contact us — we will credit or refund you fairly.
- Chargebacks. We ask that you contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. We can almost always resolve issues directly and faster.
3. How to request a refund (after launch)
Refund requests can be sent to

address associated with your Rentiqa account. Include the email on the
account and a brief reason for the request. We respond within 5 business
days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within
5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights
you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country, state, or
province.
5. Changes to this policy
The current version of this policy will always be available at
rentiqa.com/refund. Material changes
affecting active paying customers will be communicated by email at least 30
days before they take effect.
